About 11,000 UP alumni are members of our Alumni Portal. As a member, you will receive e.g. news, discounts and you can get in contact with former fellow students.
The Universitätsgesellschaft Potsdam e.V. is a non-profit association that supports scientific and cultural projects & events. Alumni can now become members at a reduced rate.
With our alumni newsletter, we keep you up to date with news from your alma mater four times a year & invite you to events. Sign up for it in the Alumni Portal.
Transfer magazine reports on how knowledge and innovation move from the university into practice. The encouraging career paths of alumni & alumnae will be featured as well.
Alumni Reunions
Are you planning a get-together with your former fellow students? We will be happy to help you and plan your alumni reunion at the University of Potsdam together with you.
The offers of the Center for Languages and Key Skills (Zessko) are open to alumni of the University of Potsdam. Alumni can participate in the language courses of the Zessko at a reduced rate.
Alumni can take advantage of the wide range of university sports at a low priced employee rate. The requirement for registration is your alumni ID, which you can find in the Alumni Portal.
Present yourself in the graduation yearbook
About 160 graduates are featured in the graduation yearbook each year. All participants receive the yearbook free of charge at the central graduation ceremony.
With the email forwarding service, every member of the alumni program is registered for life under an email adress of the University according to the pattern firstname.surname@alumni.uni-potsdam.de
Alumni can use the services of the Career Service up to one year after graduation from the University of Potsdam and get helpful input for the start of their career. Happy discovering!
