Proofreading of English Contributions

Please note: The provisional budget has a significant impact on PoGS's funding opportunities. As our funding budget is financed by budgetary funds, all activities must be checked for necessity before funding is granted. We are not allowed to approve any funding without prior approval from Department 4 (Budget and Procurement). For all new applications for financial support, we require the funding application and the check sheet completed by you. We will then forward the funding we have approved to Department 4 together with the application. After approval by Department 4, you will receive the funding commitment from us.  Due to these processes, the procedure may take a little longer. Further information on provisional budget management and the check sheet can be found on the intranet of the University of Potsdam (in German). 

All funding commitments from 2024 are still valid. We do not require a separate check sheet for the settlement of grants approved in 2024. Please submit the documents for settlement to us as usual for further processing.
