Curriculum Vitae
Benja Wiencke initially studied Educational Science and Psychology at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (2020). This was followed by a Master's degree in the Psychology of Teaching and Learning at the Freiburg University of Education (2023).
During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the SAP University Competence Center Magdeburg on the didactic development of teaching materials and at various schools to support teaching activities. After completing her Master's degree, she worked as a training manager and personnel developer at IKEA GmbH & Co. KG in Rostock.
Since April 2024, she has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Complex Multimedia Application Architectures in the Bildungsraum Digital (BIRD) project. Her focus there is on self-regulated learning, especially in research on motivation and volition.
