Curriculum Vitae
Tobias Moebert graduated in computer science at the University of Potsdam. From July 2008 to September 2013 he was employed at the company apparent media (formerly webaffairs). His focus was initially on website and complex web application development and later switched to mobile device application development with a focus on iOS apps. Since 2013 he worked in various research projects as a research assistant:
- October 2013 - December 2015: ZIM project MOTIVATE.
- January 2016 - September 2018: BMBF project EMOTISK
- June 2017 - November 2020: BMBF project ComplexEthics
- January 2019 - December 2020: BMBF project miiConsent
- March 2023 - July 2023: Study on the performance of large language models in online exams
He completed his PhD in the field of "Perception of Complexity in Human-Technology Interaction". In his teaching career, he is currently a lecturer in the courses "Pervasive Computing" and "Ethics for Nerds". In May 2024, together with Ulrike Lucke, Ann-Marie Gursch and Lilian Hasse, he received the state teaching award for the “Ethics for Nerds” seminar.
