Your contact data is collected for the purpose of planning and carrying out the counseling/advising request you stated in your inquiry, as well as for communication with you.

The legal basis for the processing of data is your consent (EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Please use the contact details below to exercise your right to withdraw consent.
Types of data
We process the following data with your inquiry: name, degree program, e-mail address, your concerns, and possible counseling/advising appointment times.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to request information from us regarding the processing of personal data pertaining to you. Apart from the possibility to obtain a copy of your personal data, this right allows you to request information on the purposes of the processing, the recipients of the data as well as the duration for which the data is stored. Should the personal data being processed be incorrect, you can ask for it to be corrected. Should the legal requirements of Article 17 or 18 of the GDPR apply, you also have the right to have personal data deleted or to restrict its processing. Please note that restricted processing of your data might not be possible in some cases. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine readable format or to request the transmission of your data to another controller (Article 20 GDPR). Insofar as data processing is permissible without your consent, you can object to the processing of your data in accordance with the requirements of Article 21 GDPR.
