DAAD Prize 2018
This year's DAAD Prize goes to Justyna Paula Hryniewicz. The socially and educationally committed student of linguistics was awarded the prize for her outstanding achievements.
Justyna Paula Hryniewicz comes from Szczecin. After completing her Bachelor's degree in German and Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw, she decided to study for a Master's degree in "Linguistics: Communication-Variation-Multilingualism" at the University of Potsdam in the winter semester of 2015/16.
In addition to a wide range of activities in the context of promoting and developing German-Polish relations, Justyna Paula works in various educational programmes as a speaker and lecturer on learning Polish as a foreign language. As an organiser of German-Polish youth and student exchange programmes, she passes on her fascination for and interest in multilingualism to future generations.
