16th Annual Conference of the International Society for Cultural History

The International Society for Cultural History (ISCH) organised its 16th annual conference at the University of Potsdam on the topic ‘Embodied Histories: Cultural History of, in, and through the Human Body’. The conference examined the cultural history of the human body and how bodies and concepts of the body have been and continue to be influenced by political, social, economic and cultural changes. The venue was the Campus Am Neuen Palais.
