This Master's course is held in English.
The students...
- have extensive knowledge of the theories and methods of human resource management and can apply this knowledge to plan, conduct and analyse their own scientific studies.
- are able to assess the quality of published studies on human resource management and correctly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of these studies.
- have the ability to apply knowledge from theory and research on personnel management to overcome specific practical challenges.
- acquire personal, social and methodological competences in the context of group work, which enable them to take on central tasks of personnel management.
Information for incoming students
We welcome you to the University of Potsdam and would be delighted if you would like to attend this course. If you would like to obtain a graded certificate of achievement with 9 ECTS, you must successfully pass both the written exam (grade 4.0 or better) and the exercise (group task). If you only wish to attend the lecture, you will receive a certificate of attendance, but without ECTS points.
