| Objective | The aim of this course is to provide academic support for the writing and research process of students who are writing their final thesis in the field of management, organisation and human resources. |
| Learning content | This event gives students the opportunity to present their research project in a plenary session, to receive feedback from fellow students and supervisors on the topic, research question and methodology and to clarify open questions. Workshops on dealing with scientific texts, scientific writing, data analysis using SPSS and peer reviews support the writing process. |
| Requirements | Proof of performance is provided by active participation, an ungraded short presentation (research model, hypotheses, theoretical foundations) of max. 15 minutes on a graded exposé (8 pages) and feedback contributions on Moodle. |
