Fundamentals of the subject areas of organisational behaviour and human resource management (e.g. teamwork; communication and conflicts in organisations; personality and values; leadership; organisational culture; stress; work-life balance)
The students
- have in-depth specialist knowledge and knowledge of the central topics of the specialist areas of organisational behaviour and human resource management
- are able to apply knowledge from the areas of organisational behaviour and human resource management to specific practical situations
- have the ability to think in overarching contexts and draw their own conclusions.
- are able to work on specific problems individually and in teams, develop solutions independently and present the results in plenary sessions.
