Module description
The students...
- have extensive knowledge of the theories and methods of team management and can apply this knowledge to plan, conduct and analyse their own scientific studies.
- are able to assess the quality of published studies on team management and correctly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of these studies.
- have the ability to apply knowledge from theory and research on team management to overcome specific practical challenges.
- acquire personal, social and methodological competences in the context of group work that enable them to work effectively, efficiently and synergistically in teams.
Information for incoming students
We welcome you to the University of Potsdam and would be delighted if you would like to attend this course. If you would like to obtain a graded certificate of achievement with 9 ECTS, you must successfully pass both the written exam (grade 4.0 or better) and the exercise (group task). If you only wish to attend the lecture, you will receive a certificate of attendance, but without ECTS points.
