In-house print shop and large-format printing

Direct commissioning of the in-house print shop is currently not possible. Due to the current provisional budget management, all print orders require confirmation from Division 4. As long as the provisional budget management is in place, please send your completed print order and the completed verification form via Form.UP to Division 4. After confirmation, we will process your orders as usual.

The in-house print shop of the University of Potsdam produces printed media at the "Am Neuen Palais" campus using digital printing on high-quality color laser printers and large-format production printers with inkjet and latex technology. Flyers, handouts, organizational and teaching materials, study-related publications, brochures, forms, posters, roll-ups, banners, or canvases can be produced for internal use.

In the finishing process of reports, brochures, or handouts, various binding options are offered, such as perfect binding, saddle stitching, and wire binding.

The papers for small-format printing are certified with the "FSC" and "Ecolabel" environmental labels. The recycled paper is made from 100% recovered paper and is certified with the "Blauen Engel."

The wide range of materials for large-format prints includes paper, adhesive films, and textiles. In internal small-format printing, materials up to a size of DIN SRA3 (450 x 320 mm) can be processed.

Consultation on the technical implementation of any printed media is also part of the services offered by the in-house print shop.

This offer is available to teachers, researchers, and staff.
