If you have any questions about the tasks and services of the ZIM, or specific problems, you can personally contact our Service Centers at all three locations.

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm | Friday:8 am - 2 pm
Golm:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm | Friday:8 am - 2 pm
Griebnitzsee:
Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm
Our student employees are there for you at all locations from 3 pm
