Software Campus Licenses
All institutes and facilities of the University of Potsdam can purchase software from our campus and state license agreements as well as framework agreements at favorable conditions and partly even free of charge through the ZIM.
Camtasia Software Campus License Update (03/24/2022):
Due to the suspension of the ZIM maintenance contract for Camtasia software campus licenses, previously purchased Camtasia applications can still be upgraded to the latest version (version 2021) through a free software upgrade until April 16, 2022. Please use the following link from the software vendor to do so: https://www.techsmith.de/download/camtasia/ You may need to enter your old license number for verification.
New orders (version 2021) can also be made after 04/16/2022 via the ZIM software store.
The University of Potsdam has joined Microsoft's federal Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) contract.

For students
Students of the University of Potsdam can obtain the following software:

- Citavi
During opening hours, you can use the software installed at our IT workstations.
For employees
Currently, the University of Potsdam has software license agreements for the following products, among others:

Windows Updates
ZIM maintains a system for distributing updates for Microsoft Windows operating systems and office solutions on the campus of the University of Potsdam.
