Study "Digitalization of local one stop shops in Germany" to be published shortly

The final report of the study "Digitalization of Local One Stop Shops in Germany" by Sabine Kuhlmann, Christian Schwab, Jörg Bogumil and Sascha Gerber, sponsored by the Hans Böckler Foundation, will soon be published by Nomos. It deals with the current status, the obstacles and selected aspects of the impact of digitalization in German local one stop shops. It draws on empirical results of a nationwide survey of local one stop shops in Germany, case studies and employee and citizen surveys in selected municipalities and sheds light on the organizational and personnel situation of local one stop shops in Germany in the context of advancing digitalization.
