Train-the-Trainer: Startup Lemonade
Effectuation in Entrepreneurship Coaching
Potsdam Transfer invites to their annual Train-the-Trainer program, taking place on the 26th and 27th of September 2024, 10 am to 4 pm.
In this year's edition, the Startup Service team will introduce you to Effectuation in Entrepreneurship Coaching. This course is designed to empower educators and coaches with the skills and knowledge to effectively teach and guide aspiring entrepreneurs using the principles of effectuation. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to foster a mindset of creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in their students, researchers, and co-workers. You will also get to know some of our favorite methods: LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Sociometry, the Effectuation Canvas, and lots of fun energizers.

Certificates will be issued by Potsdam Transfer.
Rates:
- 50 EUR commitment fee for UP staff and staff from our partner organizations (public service rate)
- 250 EUR fee for employees from private entities (company rate)
The participation fee covers workshop materials, lunches on both days and an evening event on Thursday, September 26th.
Please note that if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the event, we will have to retain 50 EUR to cover catering expenses.
