The first "HEIMSPIEL WISSENSCHAFT", organised by the University of Potsdam and the Fürstenwalde education authority, started on 11 April in Gusow, Brandenburg, with the linguist Friederike Schulz, who discovered that language skills do not simply decline with age, as previously thought, but change only slightly.
We would like to thank the Dorfklub 1961 Gusow-Platkow e.V. and the Protestant Church for their wonderful help with the preparations.
We are already looking forward to the next "HEIMSPIEL WISSENSCHAFT" on 27 June in the clubhouse of VfK Nordbögge 1931 e.V. with volcano researcher Alea Joachim!
"HEIMSPIEL WISSENSCHAFT" was launched as a joint project of the German Rectors' Conference (HRK), con gressa GmbH and WisskommLab and has been continued by many universities since 2025.
