The Box.UP update announced two days ago unfortunately has to be postponed. The new date will be announced on the Box.UP-Update website. We are currently planning to carry out the update in the coming week after 17:00.
The reason for the postponement is an anomaly that occurred yesterday in the test system, which affects system stability. The Box.UP team is currently investigating this anomaly and is in contact with the manufacturer. The update will only be carried out when the team can ensure that the stability of Box.UP is guaranteed.
The update also includes security updates. These have been carefully reviewed by the Box.UP team. In consultation with the information security officer of the University of Potsdam, the team has decided that a postponement is justifiable in this case.
