Character and Tasks
The recently founded Teacher Education and Educational Research Centre (ZeLB) is a common decentralized organizational unit of the teacher-educating faculties with the competences of decision, controlling and resources. Together with the teacher-educating faculties, the ZeLB takes responsibility for the education of teachers and educational research at the University of Potsdam. The tasks of the ZeLB are defined in the ordinance of 6th November 2014 and in the charter of 16th July 2014. The ZeLB works closely together with the faculties and the Director of Academic Affairs to fulfil its tasks.
