Elections for offices and committees 2025

This year, the following elections for offices and committees will take place at the University of Potsdam.

Elections for offices and committees – June 24 to 25, 2025 – from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day

Dates

  • Submission of election proposals: by 19.05.2025, to the respective election commissioners
  • Election days: 24th to 25th ofJune 2025, each from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30pm
  • 3 polling stations
    • Campus Griebnitzsee (House 6 in front of lecture theatre 03/04
    • Campus Golm (IKMZ)
    • Campus Am Neuen Palais (foyer rooms under the Auditorium Maximum, House 8)
  • If it is not possible to attend in person, it is possible to vote by post.

Elections

  • All status groups (professors, academic staff, students, technical and administrative staff):
    • Senate
    • All Faculty Councils
    • Assembly of the Center for Teacher Training and Education Research (ZeLB)
    • All decentral Gender Equality Officers
    • Central Gender Equality Officers

The posting of posters advertising candidates is part of the election campaigning at the University of Potsdam, along with other activities (information stands, mailings, etc.).

The posting of posters advertising candidates is part of the election campaign at the University of Potsdam, along with other activities (information stands, mailings, etc.). They are the responsibility of the candidates, political groups, or the respective status groups.

The restricted area is approximately 10 meters around the entrance to the respective polling station.

PLEASE NOTE: Election posters must be removed promptly after the elections by the initiators/responsible parties. Otherwise, rmoval will be ordered at the expense of the posters' owners.
