Customer Journey
This seminar will give you insights on what a customer journeys is and how you can use this tool for your start-up project.
We will start with the basics of user-centricity, so that we all start from the same level of knowledge: Defining user groups, user research and personas. Afterwards, you will get impulses on how to develop a customer journey that systematically structures your customer insights and identifies how the solution you want to offer meets their needs.
During the seminar, you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned directly to your start-up project. If you are not currently working on a start-up project, you can use an example case for the practical exercises, which you will get to know during the seminar.
