Do you need support in choosing the best sports and exercise programmes to suit your needs? We offer you personalised and confidential advice in which we work together to filter out the right offer from our canon of sports.
We will decide together whether this is a weekly course, a workshop, a training plan in our fitness club or another health programme. Personal training is also conceivable and possible with special conditions.
We are also happy to put you in touch with our network partners, sports providers and clubs if we are unable to cover an offer.
