In canoeing, canoeists move in a canoe, which they propel forwards with a paddle. In kayaking in particular, the athletes use a double paddle so that there is no one-sided strain. Paddling trains upper body strength, endurance, coordination and balance.

In addition to our canoeing courses, we offer special formats such as: Canoe polo or canoe day trips.

Dragon boating has enjoyed great popularity for years. It is a team sport where everyone is literally in the same boat. That's why the team spirit is paramount here. There is room for 20 paddlers in the 12.5 metre long boat - a sporting experience with a high fun factor! In addition to the socialising during the time together on and around the water, physical activity in the fresh air is of course also part of the experience. The fun for everyone increases when a well-occupied boat, spurred on by the drummer and kept safely on course by the helmswoman, glides swiftly through the water.

In stand-up paddling, we move across the water standing up on fixed or inflatable boards with the help of a long paddle - which distinguishes SUP from other water sports. SUP therefore offers a full-body workout that promotes balance and strength endurance. In our courses, we combine fun, fitness and experiencing nature. Social interaction is also not neglected during our tours.

In addition to our classic SUP courses, we offer special forms such as Yoga on SUP or Functional on SUP.
