Dr. Zahra Razaghi Moghadam
Academic Staff Member, Bioinformatics Department, University of Potsdam
Research Interests
My main research field is systems and computational biology. I am interested in exploring cellular networks and understanding their operational principles. My current researches are focused on two topics: (i) constraint-based modeling with the combination of high-throughput data to answer biological questions relevant to metabolic networks and (ii) machine learning techniques and their application in constructing biological networks and investigating patterns of relationships in different biocomponents.
