The Writing Fellow Programme for Lecturers
Unfortunately, the Writing Fellow Programme can no longer continue due to funding cuts.
The Writing Fellow Programme supports lecturers of the University of Potsdam either in English or German. The aim of the programme is to help students master their writing process in a specific course context by providing individual feedback on texts, and optionally by giving an input on topics such as "Motivation", "The Writing Process", or "Revising the Text". As a lecturer, you can apply with your course for one Writing Fellow.
Writing Fellows are trained student writing tutors working at the Writing Assistance. They help students on a peer level with all their questions concerning academic writing. The collaborative approach aims to reduce the students' stress and to generate a positive working environment. Our Writing Fellows will help with questions such as "How to find a research question?", "Is my topic clear?", or "Does my outline show a logical line of argumentation?".
If you have any futher questions feel free to get in touch via e-mail to schreibberatung@uni-potsdam.de.
