Study Commission

The Study Commission is responsible for the following:

  • Development of decision-making templates for the Faculty Council / Advising the Faculty Council (all statutes to be approved by the Faculty Council are dealt with in the Study Commission, including recommendations to accept or reject proposals)
  • Initiation of evaluations (e.g., degree program evaluation, evaluations as warranted) and the analysis of evaluation results; initiation and development of quality improvement measures on the basis of assessments or on the basis of reports by the Examining Boards
  • Development of new courses of study
  • Review and further development of existing programs of study
