The content focuses on work in appointment committees and personnel selection procedures, as well as teaching and research, offering an opportunity to further educate oneself on diversity-sensitive topics. Using practical examples, it shows how we can reflect on our own biases to reduce assumptions and enhance the quality of appointment and personnel selection procedures.
