Anti-discrimination Guidelines of the University of Potsdam
On September 21, 2022, the Senate of the University of Potsdam passed a guideline for protection against discrimination, (cyber-)bullying, and (cyber-)stalking (anti-discrimination guidelines). This policy supplements the scope of application of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). University members of all status groups at the University of Potsdam can report complaints to the University of Potsdam’s Complaints Office in the event of discrimination on the grounds of “race” or on the grounds of ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical or mental impairment, chronic illness, social origin or status, age, religion or belief, language, nationality, marital status, reproductive or care work, or physical appearance. The anti-discrimination guidelines regulate the complaint procedure as well as measures and sanctions in cases of discrimination.
The Complaints Office is currently being set up. More information will be available here shortly.
