Luise Renneke, M.A.

Research and Teaching Associate

Luise Renneke is a research and teaching associate at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management. She is interested in research in the field of personnel management in the public sector, in particular employee satisfaction and staff retention. In her master's thesis, she dealt with the importance of team climate for the job satisfaction of employees in the public sector in Germany.

Luise Renneke studied Language and International Studies, English at Aalborg University (B.A.) and National and International Administration and Policy (M.A.) at the University of Potsdam. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management and supported it in numerous research projects.

Since July 2024, she has been an academic assistant at the University of Potsdam.
