Daniela Großmann, M.A.

Research and Teaching Associate

Daniela Großmann is a research and teaching associate at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management. She is interested in innovation management in the public sector, especially in municipal innovation laboratories.

Daniela Großmann studied Political Science, Administration and Organization at the University of Potsdam and at Radboud University (Nijmegen). She also completed her master's degree in "Administrative Sciences" at the University of Potsdam. In addition to her studies, she gained professional experience as a student professional at an IT and management consultancy, worked as a research assistant at Potsdam Transfer (project: Innovative Hochschule Potsdam) and gained experience as a trainee in the field of corporate entrepreneurship and new work at Deutsche Bahn. During her studies, she was also an active member of the student council for politics and administration at the University of Potsdam.

Since May 2022, she has been working as research and teaching associate at the University of Potsdam.
