Relationship between knowledge transfer and socialization
In her publication, Lisa-Sophie Preller examines the extent to which knowledge transfer and socialization are related in young professionals. For this purpose, she interviews participants in the Berlin trainee program at the higher administrative level and analyzes their integration process and relevant knowledge transfer instruments. It turns out that face-to-face conversations have the greatest influence on knowledge transfer among newcomers of the organization. Written documents support the process.
