Tutorial System Structure

The tutorials are typically led independently by students who are in the later semesters of their studies. The project is implemented in three phases in order to guarantee high quality for the tutorials:

  1. Recruiting potential tutors to the Faculties (through coordinators)
  2. Training new tutors by Zessko Training Directors
  3. Supervised deployment of trained tutors in Faculty tutorials (accompanied by Zessko Training Directors).

Training and supervision of tutors is done according to the professionally specialized StudiumPlus modules, Docendo Discimus I and Docendo Discimus II.
