Lena Hipp has been a S-/W2 professor for the analysis of social structures, especially work and organization, at the University of Potsdam since October 1, 2017. In October 2020 she changed from the Chair of Methods of Empirical Social Research to the Chair of Inequality Research and Social Stratification Analysis. She has been working at the WZB since 2011 where the general focus of her work lies. There, she is currently researching unpaid care work and the organization of future work.
