An onboarding program is available exclusively for newly appointed professors. The topics are defined in a flexible manner and in consultation with the target group. The Onboarding Program for New Hires consists of the following modules: Workshop for newly appointed professors, workshops with expert input, lunch talks & fireside chats, individual coaching.
