Master Thesis

Precondition

If you are interested in writing your Master-Thesis at the Chair of Public Economics, please contact the assistant via E-Mail. Your interests should be content-related with the research and teaching interests of the Chair. You are required to participate in the Research Colloquium (have a closer look at your examination regulations).

Enrolling

After finding a title for your thesis do you have to register at the Examination Office. Therefore please take a closer look at the website of the Examination Office concerning the official deadlines.

Writing a Masters Thesis 

Please note the formal requirements on writing a thesis of our chair and the examination regulations.  

Important advice

If your thesis is not written in German (which generally requires the permission of your thesis readers), your thesis must include an abstract in German.

Please note that that each copy of your thesis must include a personally signed  declaration of academic honesty on the originality of your work and the declaration ofconsent to use turnitin.
