EDG Theateraufführung: The Seagull

The English Drama Group Potsdam is back with a new play! In January and February two different casts will perform “The Seagull” on Campus Neues Palais.

Anton Chekhov’s Classic is a sharp, bittersweet look at love, ambition, and the cost of chasing dreams. Set in the Russian countryside, the play follows a tangled web of characters: Konstantin, a frustrated young playwright; Nina, his muse who dreams of stardom; and Trigorin, a famous writer who steals both Nina’s heart and Konstantin’s spotlight. As passions flare and dreams unravel, “The Seagull” dives deep into the messy emotions of art and love, blending drama, humor, and heartbreak in a timeless theatrical masterpiece.
