Submit an Event

Please read our moderation criteria before entering events and observe the following notes!

Images/documents
Only use JPG and PNG formats for images in a size of 1024px x 768px (max. 1MB) to avoid unwanted cropping! Do not use special characters, umlauts (Ä, Ö, Ü) or spaces in the file name. Images without a source will be deleted. Use the PDF format for documents.

Contact details
Do not publish any private contact details! Data entered here can be viewed in the event calendar and therefore on the web. This also applies to your details under "Contact".
For reasons of IT security, please only use the long form of your e-mail address: vorname.nachname@uni-potsdam.de

Zoom
Links and passwords from Zoom conferences should not be entered in the event calendar for IT security reasons. We recommend sending the access data to interested parties by e-mail. Registration information can be entered in the field “Short description of the event” .

External URL shorteners and tracking software
The use of external URL shorteners and tracking software is not permitted. Corresponding links will be deleted before publication.

Selection of subject areas
For the sake of clarity, please do not enter more than 10 subject areas and select them according to the subject area of your event. We reserve the right to adapt the subject areas if necessary.

Please check that your entries are correct in terms of content and language in order to avoid subsequent corrections!
