Wie entwickelst du aus deiner Doktorarbeit eine Geschäftsidee? Potsdam Transfer, die Universität Jaume I und die Falling Walls Foundation laden gründungsinteressierte Promovierende und Postdocs aller Disziplinen am 26. und 27. Juni 2024 zum YES Workshop "From PhD to Innovator" ein. Der Workshop ist kostenfrei, setzt keinerlei Vorkenntnisse voraus und findet In den Räumlichkeiten des Startup Service am Griebnitzsee in englischer Sprache statt. Kinderbetreuung wird bei Bedarf vor Ort angeboten.

26. Juni 2024: From PhD to Sciencepreneur

Finde heraus, was es bedeutet ein Entrepreneur zu sein, entdecke deine unternehmerischen Stärken und treffe unsere erfahrenen Role Models, die ihre Erfolge und Misserfolge mit euch teilen werden.

27. Juni 2024: The Design Thinking Process

Lerne die Design Thinking Prinzipien kennen und wende sie auf deine Idee an. Wir werden die Konzepte Empathie und nutzerzentriertes Design erproben und einen Prototypen für die Abschlusspräsentation bauen.

Life after your PhD, what's next?

How do you turn your doctoral thesis into a business idea?​ The Startup Service of Potsdam Transfer together with University Jaume I and the Falling Walls Foundation invite PhD students and postdocs of all disciplines to the Workshop "From PhD to Innovator". The workshop is free of charge, requires no prior knowledge and will be held entirely in English. Childcare will be avaible on request. More information here.

27 June 2024: The Design Thinking Process

Learn and apply the Design Thinking principles to refine ideas for potential products. We will explore the concepts of empathy and human-centred design, and create a prototype for the final presentation.
