- Conceptual anti-discrimination work and establishment of sustainable structures for protection against discrimination
- Design and implementation of comprehensive diversity-oriented measures
- Design of further training courses for discrimination- and diversity-sensitive competence development
- Strategic consulting on the implementation of diversity promotion and protection against discrimination in everyday working life (especially for managers, teachers and teams)
- Expert advice on discrimination-sensitive language, especially with regard to anti-racist communication
