  • Development and support of strategic processes for diversity and anti-discrimination in a university context
  • Conceptual anti-discrimination work and establishment of sustainable structures for protection against discrimination
  • Design and implementation of comprehensive diversity-oriented measures
  • Design of further training courses for discrimination- and diversity-sensitive competence development
  • Strategic consulting on the implementation of diversity promotion and protection against discrimination in everyday working life (especially for managers, teachers and teams)
  • Expert advice on discrimination-sensitive language, especially with regard to anti-racist communication
