Where: Central Grass Area at Campus Neuen Palais – see map below.
What to Bring:  Your own food & drink, Picnic Blanket or something to sit on.  Good weather and a happy mood!! 

There is the opportunity to join in some fun games provided by Uni Potsdam Hochschulsport if you wish. 

This event is open to all interested International and Potsdam Students – please spread the word.

The Picnic will only take place in good weather – we will let you know on the day if is cancelled due to bad weather. (so be sure to check your email)    In germany they have a saying “April April der macht was er will” -  meaning the weather will do whatever it wants – so fingers crossed for a dry day!!

Get to know the Buddy-Program!

The Buddy Program offers a support network in which University of Potsdam students assist newly-arrived international students. The goal of the program is to facilitate the integration of international students into German society and life at the University of Potsdam, and to develop ties between international and local students.

A buddy can help you answer any questions before your arrival in Potsdam or Berlin. He or she can give you advice on everyday issues such as shopping facilities or mobile phone and provide you with tips on how to spend your spare time.
