Supplementary Certificates

Docendo Discimus is a training program for tutors. In this program, advanced students participate in tutor training and receive tutor supervision, and hold at least one tutorial session on their own.

Docendo Discimus means “We learn by teaching.” The program offers tutors the opportunity to gain their first experience in teaching by building up and expanding their key competences, and to acquire a new perspective on their role as teachers.

Tutor training

Depending on the training: a written explication of a planning outline (seminar concept) and a detailed example of a teaching unit or examination.

Tutor supervision

• Participation in a peer-tutor exchange meeting.
• Session observed by the school director, including a follow-up evaluation discussion
• Composition of an evaluation report
