Eryn Staiblin is a student researcher in the project "Postcolonial Neighborhoods" at the Institute for European Ethnology, Humboldt-University of Berlin. Trained in cultural anthropology and gender studies, Eryn is interested in abolitionism, queer and trans studies, critical examinations of state violence, securitization and policing (in urban spaces). In the project, Eryn’s focus is on the role of care and emotions in social movements and on transfeminist perspectives.
