Information, communication, and presentation services, inside and outside of the University of Potsdam  – these are the most important tasks for the Press and Public Relations Department. Our press releases, expert services, and journalist excursions provide comprehensive media information. In the “Portal” and “Portal Wissen” University magazines, we report on current research results, developments in University policy, and the latest in studying and teaching. We organize large University events, from greeting first-semester students and new staff, to the New Year’s reception and the Uni Ball, to the Children’s University and the Day of Science. Those interested in university studies, as well as students, researchers and a broader public, can learn about Brandenburg’s largest university with our current Internet presence and visual materials.

Are you looking for contacts on important, current topics in science and society? We’ll be happy to help you.

Use our publications, services, and advertising media for your work. We will be happy to support and advise you on various tasks and projects.
