The basic concept of energy

This project day offers pupils of classes 7 and 8 to deal with the basic concept of energy on a theoretical as well as a practical basis. In miscellaneous experiments the whole topic area can be experienced in a four hour project.

Small research teams of 3 to 4 people pass through various stations on forms of energy, energy conversion, and conservation. The teams gather their observations and perceptions on worksheets that are designed to result in individual portfolios. Of course, our team at the school lab will gladly provide advice and assistance for any tricky question.
