Florian Frankreiter

Curriculum Vitæ

Florian Frankreiter studies Computer Science at the University of Potsdam with a focus on hardware development and physics and is part of the Joint Lab with IHP, Frankfurt (Oder). After a 3-month internship on the design of an AI accelerator chip, he joined IHP as a research assistant in early 2021. There he wrote his bachelor thesis about radiation resilient hardware systems with focus on the implementation of a complex radiation hardened microcontroller with analog as well as digital components. In his working time he supports different projects in the field of integrated circuit development and was able to gain valuable experience about the whole digital design-flow, from specification over layout development to sign-off/verification.
