Awards for final theses by women
- MINT-Award
audimax!, Deutsche Telekom AG and "MINT Zukunft schaffen!" present the Women's STEM Award for the best final thesis. Together, female STEM students and graduates from all over the world are honored who have dealt with one of the GROWTH FIELDS OF THE FUTURE in their Bachelor's or Master's thesis. There is a prize of €3,000 for the most innovative thesis and an additional €500 for each growth field.
►In addition to the MINT Award for female students, the MINT Award IT, MINT Award IT Security and MINT Award Technology exist for all students.
- ARD/ZDF-Förderpreis »Frauen + Medientechnologie«
Participation is open to women who have completed a course of study at German, Austrian or Swiss universities in the field of technology and engineering sciences, media sciences and other disciplines related to media technology. Their written thesis must have been accepted for the award of an academic degree - as a bachelor's, master's, diploma, master's or doctoral thesis. The funding amounts are €2,000, €3,000 and €5,000 for the best three theses.
- Preis für Abschlussarbeit von der GI-Fachgruppe "Frauen und Informatik"
With this award, the specialist group wants to make the achievements of young women in computer science visible and offer committed women in IT an incentive to present themselves to a wider public. The prize is awarded to final theses from a bachelor's or master's degree program at a college or university that deal with an innovative topic in computer science or new methods of using computer science in an application context. The thesis should have been submitted to a German-speaking university and can be written in German or English. The first prize is endowed with €500.
- ZEISS Women Award
The ZEISS Women Award honors successful young women from the IT industry who are currently working on their bachelor's, master's or doctoral thesis. The three first-place winners receive staggered cash prizes.

- GI-Dissertationspreis
Together with the Swiss Informatics Society (SI) and the Austrian Computer Society (OCG), the Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V. (GI) annually awards a prize of €5,000 for an outstanding dissertation.
- Weizenbaum-Studienpreis des FIfF
Qualification theses (bachelor's, master's, diploma theses or dissertations) completed in the last two years before the nomination deadline may be submitted. Although the call for entries focuses on theses in computer science, submissions in thematically related fields are also explicitly invited. The best three submissions will receive €111, €222 and €333.

- McKinsey Achivement Award
The McKinsey Achievement Awards aim to recognize and support talented individuals around the world who are currently underrepresented in leadership positions. MCKinsey Achivement Award winners receive mentorship and sponsorship from McKinsey in the amount of $2,500.
