Difficult question. I am currently impressed by Jacina Ardern (Prime Minister of New Zealand), who is leading her country through difficult times with great aplomb (e.g. Corona, rampage) and is also introducing measures to strengthen families and women (e.g. paid parental leave, monthly hygiene products free of charge in schools).
