Nelli Wagner leads the Career Service. Her most unusual professional experience: In her first job after graduation, she had to write a follow-up proposal right away in order to keep her position.

Jessica Assel

Jessica Assel manages the Praxisportal and the podcast Wege in den Beruf. One work experience she’ll never forget: During one of her first jobs, while delivering newspapers, a dog nearly bit her hand through a mail slot.

Alica Bremer

Alica Bremer is in charge of UPtransition and the International Career Service. She started working at the Career Service during her studies and stayed on right after graduation. Fun fact: She quit her first part-time job after being pressured to work while being sick.

Corinna Gödel

Corinna Gödel coordinates the Praxisportal and the podcast Wege in den Beruf. She originally studied translation and interpreting and speaks Spanish fluently. During her first summer job, she had to learn how to drive a truck.

Lennart Hölscher

Lennart Hölscher studied for 18 semesters at five different universities. In his part-time jobs, he translated instruction manuals, filled out Bafög paperwork, and sorted instant soup packets. With us, he supports UPtransition and the International Career Service.

Anne Klinnert

Anne Klinnert coordinates UPtransition and serves as dezentrale Gleichstellungsbeauftragte. She studied political science and art history and, after completing three-quarters of her dissertation, made a conscious decision to discontinue her Ph.D. program.

Nicole Körner

Nicole Körner heads Mentoring Plus and works as dezentrale Gleichstellungsbeauftragte. On LinkedIn, “Family Manager” is her longest-held job title to date (+20 years!). Key skills for this profession: resource management, creativity, and a sense of humor.

Katharina Lübstorf

Katharina Lübstorf leads the International Career Service and provides diversity training at UPtransition. Even while studying sociology, she was drawn to practical work. Her field of study remains a mystery to her parents, but both sides have come to terms with it.
