Conference fees
The conference fees for the 4th DEA Club Meeting are:
- Regular participant (professors, post-doctoral researchers, experts): 400 €
- Students (PhD, Master or Bachelor studies): 350 €
- Accompanying person: 180 €
- Late-registration fee for regular participants and students: 500 €, after the 15th of April, 2024.

Deadline for registration and payment of the conference fee: 15th of April, 2024
The conference fee for regular participants and students include:
- Conference materials: conference pad and ballpoint pens;
- Highspeed WiFi;
- Three lunches served at the MAXX Hotel Sanssoucci Potsdam;
- Six coffe breaks, including coffe, tea and varying snacks;
- Unlimited supply of freshly filtered water, apple juice, coffee and tea;
- Complete CO2 offset of the conference;
- Conference dinner;
- Social event;
The conference fee for accompanying individuals include:
- Three lunches served at the MAXX Hotel Sanssoucci Potsdam;
- Conference dinner;
- Social event;
