Prof. Dr. Harald Fuhr
Harald Fuhr ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Internationale Politik an der Universität Potsdam (seit 1997). Er ist Sprecher des Graduiertenkollegs WIPCAD (seit 2013), Ko-Direktor des "Master of Public Management" (MPM) Programms (seit 1999) und war Sprecher des Projektbereichs "Wohlfahrt und Umwelt" des SFB 700 mit der FU Berlin (2006-2009). Von 1993 bis 1997 war Harald Fuhr Sr. Public Sector Management Specialist der Weltbank, Washington, D.C. und Principal Author des World Development Report 1997, "The State in a Changing World". Als Berater ist Harald Fuhr für das Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ), GIZ, Weltbank und UNDP tätig. Harald Fuhr forscht zu Fragen von Governance in Entwicklungsländern, internationaler Entwicklung und des Klimawandels. Er unterrichtete als Gastprofessor an der York University (Toronto), Universidad de Costa Rica (San Jose), Sadat Academy for Management Sciences (Kairo) Universita di Milano und NIDA (Bangkok).
